Formula Journal gives you control over your account and the data associated with it. You can permanently delete your account directly from the app or request deletion if you no longer have access to it.
Delete your account from Formula Journal
If you can access your account, you can permanently delete it directly from Formula Journal:
- Log in to your Formula Journal account.
- Open Settings.
- Go to the Account section.
- Select Delete account.
- Confirm the request and complete the identity verification.
What is deleted
When your Formula Journal account is deleted, account-associated data stored by Formula Journal is permanently removed, including applicable:
- Account and profile information.
- Personal race journal and team entries.
- Predictions and prediction scores associated with your account.
- Favorite driver and team selections.
- Ranking information associated with your account.
- Prediction group memberships and related account data.
If you own a Prediction Group, deleting your account may also permanently delete that group and its associated group data.
Request deletion without access to the app
If you no longer have access to Formula Journal, you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting Prysmio.
Send your request to:
Whenever possible, send the request from the email address associated with your Formula Journal account. We may request additional information when necessary to verify that the deletion request relates to your account.
Account deletion is permanent. Once your Formula Journal account and associated data have been deleted, they cannot be restored through Formula Journal.
